MEQA will operate as a Non-Profit Organization. Its activities will be devoted
entirely to the promotion and dissemination of philosophy, theory, methodology
and applications in the field of quality;

MEQA's constitution will be drafted by the Founder members;
-
MEQA will have an elected President, Chairman and Executive Committee;
-
MEQA will have officers assuming various activities such as: MEQA Award,
Symposium, Publications and Research Projects, International Links, Finance
etc.
-
The President, Chairman and Executive Committee are elected every 2 years.
